Mystery Meat Navigation
- New style of popular navigation - "Saturnic Navigation," "Non-Intuitive Navigation" and, most recently, "Mystery Meat Navigation" - based on JavaScript rollovers.
- MMN is confusing - to find and remember navigation options.
- Real problem - MMN is very seductive, looks cool, and is used on a lot of sites that win design awards. Without long strings of text, MMN makes the page look "cleaner" because there's more white space.
- Extreme example - road signs don't wait for you to get near them before they tell you what they say.

- MMN hall of shame examples:

... Microsoft Design Jobs
